We assist corporate clients and M&A service companies in networking and contacting, especially in building up business relations between Germany (Europe), China and the United States.

For this purpose we build on the network and competencies of the members of the German Federal M&A Association (BM&A Bundesverband Mergers & Acquisitions e.V.) and the German Federation of M&A Advisors (VMA) in the BM&A. We help corporate clients to build up their knowledge management systems and to design M&A projects and processes.
Subject of Business
The subject of the Neopold GmbH business is delivering of services in the areas of project management, information technology (IT) and commerce, supported by information gathering, data processing, developing of internet and intranet solutions, operation of IT infrastructure, consulting, management presentations, events and administration.

The Neopold GmbH follows the concept of the integral M&A management according to the process orientated approach, consisting of the Core Processes

Upon the above described integral approach Neopold GmbH fundamentally differentiates from other competitors operating in the M&A area, which focus on single functions and working fields and therefrom deduct their narrow logic of M&A. So, accountants, strategy consultants and law firms only cover 15% of the workding scope of M&A each. Compared to these, the experienced entrepreneuer who frequently buys and integrates M&A-targets necessitates a 100% coverage of M&A competencies and processes.

The Neopold GmbH does not directly compete to conventional ‘Single-Supply’-service-companies for M&A. She covers the areas of Total Project Design and Management from own resources and complements these with the support from the services of different M&A advisors and service companies. Therfor the Neopold GmbH can be seen as an integrator in a double sense: integrating the project scope and integrating the sevice suppliers for a broad M&A project. Thus streamligning and eliminating of redundancies a project can be reduced by 30 to 50% in terms of expenses and time. Through the personal knowledge of the individuals and Servicing companies it is possible to purchase the best-fitting services for an M&A project. The Neopold GmbH  is able to take over the task of overall project management. She also can provide the specially necessitated IT carve-out and carve-in competencies in order to separate and integrate two different managing and operation systems of two companies.
